Terms of Service - wonderlife.gg

I. Definitions

  1. wonderlife.gg / Portal - a virtual world and online game owned by Webrevolution Szymon Kosok, ul. Nowa 21/10, 41-908 Bytom, Poland.
  2. User - a person holding an active account on wonderlife.gg.
  3. Operator - the owner of the Portal or a person acting on their behalf.
  4. Administrator - a person responsible for keeping order on the Portal.
  5. Diamonds - the premium virtual currency available in the game.
  6. AI Points - virtual points used for AI content generation features.
  7. Fictional / in-character content - content created as part of the game world, a character, role-play or in-game creative works.

II. General rules

  1. By logging in to wonderlife.gg the User declares that they have read and accept these Terms.
  2. Fictional / in-character content may include profanity, dark atmosphere, fictional conflicts, fictional violence, scandals, controversial behavior, mature social themes, and sensual or suggestive themes, provided it is not pornographic, does not violate the law, and remains within the context of the game world.
  3. The User must not, in particular: a. insult other users or use language that violates anyone's dignity; b. use fictional, role-play or in-character content to harass, humiliate, sexually solicit, pressure, intimidate, threaten, disclose personal data, or target a real person; c. post pornography, sexual content involving minors or characters presented as minors, illegal content, hate speech, or content that promotes violence or incites hatred on religious, cultural, sexual-orientation, gender or racial grounds; d. spam, flood, or distribute unsolicited advertising and links; e. promote commercial websites outside the places intended for it; f. impersonate the Operator, Administrators or other users; g. phish for login credentials, Diamonds or other resources; h. share other users' personal data without their consent; i. intimidate or threaten other users; j. create accounts automatically or in bulk, or use or distribute bots or any other gameplay automation; k. create additional accounts to evade limits, security controls, blocks or provisional-account restrictions; l. evade account blocks by logging in to other accounts; m. defraud other users; n. encourage other users to break these Terms.
  4. The User is fully responsible for their account and the materials posted on it.
  5. The User declares that they hold the rights to materials they post on the Portal, in particular graphics and texts.
  6. Violating these Terms may result in an account block for a period set by an Administrator, or account deletion.
  7. An Administrator may remove materials posted by the User without prior notice.
  8. If an account is blocked or deleted for violating these Terms, the Portal does not refund the User's expenses (Diamonds, Premium, AI Points, etc.).
  9. The Operator reserves the right to send service-related messages to the e-mail address provided at registration.
  10. A User account may be deleted after prolonged inactivity, together with its data and in-game creations.

III. Registration and account

  1. Registration is completed through the full form at wonderlife.gg/register, or by selecting or creating a character in instant mode on the website or in the mobile application.
  2. An account created instantly in the mobile application may be securely linked to that application installation and continue without an e-mail address. Until an e-mail address is added and confirmed, some social, paid and cost-generating features remain restricted. Adding an e-mail address and password enables recovery on another device.
  3. An instant account created without a durable device link remains provisional. If registration is not completed within 24 hours, the account is deactivated and its data is anonymised after a further 7 days. Removing the application or losing the device may make an account unrecoverable unless an e-mail address was added beforehand.
  4. Creating an account requires explicit acceptance of the current Terms and Privacy Policy.
  5. Accounts may be registered by persons aged 16 or older. Younger persons may not use the Portal.
  6. Sharing your password with third parties is forbidden. The User is responsible for the consequences of sharing their credentials.
  7. The Operator reserves the right to block or delete an account that violates these Terms.
  8. The User may request permanent account deletion in the mobile application or website settings. Access is disabled immediately, and deletion or anonymisation normally completes within 24 hours. Records which the Operator must retain by law, in particular payment and security records, are retained only for the required period.

IV. Premium services

  1. Registration and the basic account are free of charge.
  2. The User may purchase Diamonds, AI Points, Premium and add-ons (DLC). Web payments are handled by PayU and Stripe, while in-app purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. RevenueCat may be used to synchronise purchase identifiers, entitlements and subscription status.
  3. Purchased digital services are activated immediately. By purchasing, the User consents to immediate delivery and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal with respect to the delivered digital content.
  4. The Operator reserves the right to change the scope of premium options as the game evolves.
  5. The Operator is not liable for issues caused by malfunctions of payment intermediaries, banks or networks.
  6. Complaints about paid services should be sent to szymon@mwg.pl. Complaints are handled within 14 days.
  7. Purchasing a premium service does not exempt the User from following these Terms.

V. AI-generated content

  1. Some content, including covers, texts and audio, may be generated by external AI services from data provided by the User.
  2. AI content follows the same rules as all other content. It must not be illegal, pornographic, sexualise minors, harass, spread hate, threaten or target a real person.
  3. The Operator may remove generated content that breaches these Terms.

VI. Bugs

  1. Exploiting game bugs for personal gain is forbidden.
  2. Bugs, especially security issues, should be reported to szymon@mwg.pl.

VII. Personal data and privacy

  2. Details of data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy available next to this document.

VIII. Final provisions

  1. The Operator may amend these Terms. The current update date is shown below.
  2. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code.
