Delete your Wonderlife account

You can permanently delete your account from the Wonderlife mobile app under Settings → Delete account. You can also start the same process from the website.

What happens

• Access, sessions, trusted devices and push notifications are disabled immediately.
• Your profile and user-generated content are removed or anonymised.
• Deletion is irreversible and is normally completed within 24 hours.
• Minimum payment and security records may be retained when required by law.

If you cannot sign in — including when a device-only account has no usable mailbox — contact szymon@mwg.pl from any address you can access. Include the account or character name and, if available, the device identifier shown by the app. We may ask for non-secret information needed to verify ownership; never send us your password.
